30-Day Return Policy

We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original cardboard packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
